Windows 10: Frequent crashes/reboots, most frequent during gaming.

I am having frequent crashing/rebooting on my computer. I recently sent my desktop off to the Lenovo warranty repair facility to have them fix this issue, they sent it back a month later after replacing the motherboard, HDD, and NVME SSD. The graphics card is brand new, the ram is brand new, and the power supply is brand new. The issue is still not fixed and I have already sent it back to them two times and I cannot think of anything else that they could replace besides the CPU. I have this error in the event logs, and I do not have any minidump files. Autopilot.dll WIL error wa

Frequent game crashes. Driver issue ? RAM ?

Make sure BIOS is using default settings and auto settings.

For testing:

Turn off hyper-threading.

Chose two cores instead of four cores in the CPU via the BIOS setting.

Turn off Execute Disable Bit.

Turn off the Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch.

Disable the Intel C-State.

Have no idea what the CFG Lock is, but try turning it off/on for testing.

Disable the EIST.

Disable Intel Turbo Boost.

Disconnect all peripherals except mouse and keyboard.

 

Frequent, nearly universal crashes/reboots

The problem with high end laptops are high temperatures. Do you have a hardware monitor?
I use open hardware monitor
Extract to C:\Program Files (x86)\HardwareMonitor and run openhardwaremonitor.exe. Under options you can set to run at startup. Very good







The RAVBg64.exe file is a software component that belongs to Realtek HD Audio Driver or the Realtek High Definition Audio codecs. Go to Realtek site and look for a new driver.

 

Frequent Crashes while Gaming

I had another crash recently that I just uploaded, and the game is still crashing quite frequently as well even if it's not bluescreening my computer.
