Windows 10: Frequent "DRIVER_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" NETR28X.SYS Blue Screens

My PC is routinely generating the blue screen, shutting down and restarting, due to a DRIVER_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error, apparently associated with "NETR28X.SYS". I have confirmed my Windows 10 is updated, but would appreciate some advice relative to what are the most likely causes of this issue and what actions I can take to fix this. If it would be easier to simply reinstall Windows 10, in order to fix it, I'm prepared to do that. But I was hoping I could avoid that hassle. I don't mind devoting some time to try and solve it without having to do that though. Thanks in advance for any help t
