Windows 10: Frequent error in dictation

When using dictation using "window+ H" key, mostly I encounter error that "something went wrong. Try again in little while". If I then click on the mic button, dictation starts working but unable to process what I want to type and it overwrites on what is already written or sometimes does not process complete dictation and misses the whole phrase and symbolize it with three dots. I have already tried troubleshooters and by using that sometime it resolves the issue but mostly the problem emerges within one or two minutes. On force stopping It from task manager sometime problem also gets resolve
