Windows 10: Frequent EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION errors and crashes in various programs on new PC build....

I built a new PC in November 2022 with a ROG Strix Z690-A Gaming WiFi D4 motherboard, an Intel Core i9-13900K CPU, an MSI GeForce RTX 3090 Ti Suprim X graphics card, and G.Skill Trident Z DDR4 RAM F4-3200C16D-64GTZR which was not on the motherboard's Qualified Vendor List QVL. Initially, the PC appeared to be functioning without issue, though benchmark scores in 3DMark seemed lower than expected. However, the system began experiencing crashes, particularly when using Unreal Engine, with many instances of "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" errors. I initially attributed these crashes to the cutt

Program crashes after using a different program and coming back to it, with EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Blender, the program in question, crashes after I do something else and come back to the program, but it starts up with no issue.

Example:

I just did some work in Blender and didn't close Blender, but just went to chrome to play some music and go back to Blender, and then it just closes.

When I launch Blender through the console it crashes with this error: "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION".

I have already asked on the Blender forums, reinstalled my NVidia drivers, updated a bunch of programs, deleted a bunch of programs.

My question is if I can check logs somewhere or debug the program somehow to find the issue.

After inquiry, this seems to be the driver software of a webcam.

• May know if you try to replace other webcam, will the other webcam crashed or not.
  
• If other webcam are working normally, there may be a problem with your YawCam camera software itself. According to the running error log of "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION", the reasons for this error may be:
  

1. It may be a port number conflict. Try closing other unnecessary Java programs.
   
2. In the same Java program, a certain function may be automatically started internally (it will crowd out the Java program you are using now). If there is a pause button, pause the function in the same Java program first (without affecting it).
   

And I also suggest that you contact YawCam official support to get relevant support, If this problem only occurs in YawCam webcam software.
