Windows 10: frequent freeze and auto reboots on My Lenovo Ideapad running Win 11

Please take a look at my zipped MEMORY.dmp file below. It seems as though this reboot mostly happens when i am typing. Doesnt seem to happen when my PC is idle. Lenovo Ideapad idk mic win 10

lenovo ideapad idk500 windows 10 microphone shuts down automatically. You run setup works for a short time like one minute then auto shuts down. I think it is more of a Lenovo driver upgrade problem that caused this but I allowed Lenovo tech take control
and he could not correct the problem and suggested to do a reinstall/revert to factory settings. I don't want to lose my music 5+gb or photos. I know it is something simple however I cannot find the fix. Cortana can't hear sound either.

Synaptic's Driver Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 for Windows 10

I am having trouble finding a Synaptic's driver for the Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 so that more functions can be used on the touchpad. Lenovo site does not list one for this computer. Any suggestions?
