    Frequent freezing & BSOD


    Hello, I hope this is the right place for posting this.I am having problems with Win10Pro on my laptop. It randomly freezes and throws the BSOD. Usually the error shown is either IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or UNEXPECTED_STORAGE_EXCEPTION. Strangely the computer can behave itself for 2-3 weeks with no issue but it can also crash 3 times in a day. When BSOD shows, sometimes a memory dump will be created and the computer will reboot. Then sometimes the reboot fails as if there was no boot drive present. But more often than not the memory dump progress will be stuck at 0% and nothing will happen un

    Games Freeze Frequently / BSOD

    World of Warcraft freezes frequently for up to a minute at times. The game crashed once, resulting in a BSOD.

    BSOD and freezing

    Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
    After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
    I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
    I did not install any new hardware.
    Now it seems to run fine again.

    But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
    I bought this laptop last January.
