Windows 10: frequent network disconnection via ethernet cable

Good evening, I constantly disconnects about every 2 minutes the connection via ethernet cable. I don't know how to solve it, I have already reset the network card, changed the modem, changed the ethernet cable, changed the usb c - ethernet adapter, only by changing the computer the connection works again. :The computer is from the samsung "galaxy book" and has window 11.Can someone help me?

network frequently disconnects, both ethernet(wired) and USB(wireless)

My system has been frequently disconnecting from my network for several months. I connect via ethernet cable using the Realtek PCIe GbE adapter built into the motherboard. I've updated the driver both from the motherboard manufacturer as well as directly
from Realtek with no noticeable difference. I've used the Network Reset function, which seems to work for a few hours at least, but never permanently. I've used the options to 'Disable this network device' and then 'Enable this network device' in the Network
Connections window with basically the same results, it works for a while...

A couple of weeks ago I disabled the ethernet device and installed a USB Wireless adapter (Netgear WNDA3100v2). While this actually worked (I'm not a fan of wireless networking), it had what seemed to be the exact same symptoms, it frequently disconnected
from the internet.

Since both the ethernet networking device built into the motherboard and the USB device have the same problem, I've decided that the cause of the problem is not the motherboard and most likely not my network, router, cable-modem, etc, since other devices
don't have this problem. It must be a problem with my Windows 10 network stack.

I'd really appreciate suggestions, or a solution, for this problem!

Constantly disconnecting with ethernet cable

Thank you for keeping us posted on the status of the issue.

I suggest you to check if rolling back the Ethernet driver helps to resolve the issue. Follow the below steps.

• First of all, Press Windows logo + R from keyboard. It will open
  RUN.
• Now type devmgmt.msc and press Enter to open Device Manager.
• You will see all the device list of your PC. Expand Network Adapters

Rollback driver

Double click on your Ethernet driver in Device Manager. Then Click on
Driver tab and select Rollback.

Important: If your drive is performing well and there is no error, Rollback driver button will be grayed out as an option.

If it still does not help, I suggest you to reinstall the drivers for the Ethernet driver and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Note: Once you uninstall the drivers the Ethernet adapter device will be disabled and you won’t be able to connect to internet. So it is advisable to keep all the installer files as a back up in your hard drive.

Please reply to the follow questions to get a better understanding on the issue:

• What is the model number of your laptop?
  
• Do you have a yellow exclamation on the network icon after connecting the cat 7 cable?
  

However, you can follow the troubleshooting steps from
Fix network connection issues in Windows.

Also, I suggest you to check the laptop manual or laptop manufacturer to know whether the Ethernet port of your laptop supports cat 7 cable.
