Windows 10: Frequent PC crashes associated with GameInput

Hi,I'm having frequent crashes, and from looking at reliability monitor they are all correlated with GameInput either being installed or reconfigured. The most recent was as I was attempting to write this post for the first time. I have tried using system file checker to repair corrupt system files, but it hasn't resolved the issue. I've tried malware scans except a full scan doesn't complete before the system crashes again.I'm not certain GameInput is causing this, but some action by GameInput either installation or reconfiguration is associated with every single crash, and it's the only

I'm seeing several MS Gameinput updates most days in Reliability History. What's going on here?

GameInput by Microsoft

Microsoft GameInput crashes my PC all the time. Every time my PC crashes its always GameInput. This is tracked through windows 11 reliability and problem history. Infact, 19 game crashes in the past month are all GameInput. Its always the same thing, "Microsoft GameInput has successful application reconfiguration. As grand as it sounds, not sure why it says its successful, at what? Crashing my PC?? You got that right. I can sometimes fix this through an command line SFC /scannow, but every time windows updates, it's the same stupid problem. For the love Microsoft, your coding wizards should have had this problem licked. I have seen this on numerous forms as the problem.

Before you ask, yes, all my drivers are up to date via manufacturers website. I'm a gamer and an IT pro, so this is easily step 101. I've tried removing this service and the files associated with it by renaming the file, but it causes a PC reset. Whatever GameInput is supposed to be, its mislabeled, it should be PCcrasher. Sick of this service crashing my PC.
