Windows 10: Frequent restarts with blue screen

Since past few months, my laptop suddenly restarts with blue screen and each time a different error code is mentioned. Being from non-tech background, i did researched on possible solutions to this issue. I manually updated all drivers, installed an anti-virus, restarted in safe mode and even formatted my laptop, but the issue still persists. Roughly, this issue started after I updated from Windows 10 to 11. This is bothering me and hampering my work. Kindly assist

Frequent Blue Screen error on computer

However, please let us know:

  When exactly are you getting the Blue Screen error?
  
• 
  What is the error message you receive?
  
• 
  Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  
• 
  What is the make and model of the computer?
  

I have analyzed the dump files shared by you and found that the error is caused by a Memory corruption.



I would suggest you to run a Windows Memory Diagnostic check on the computer to check test the memory installed on the computer. Refer the steps
mentioned below:

1. 
   Press
   Windows key + R, to open Run dialog box.
   
2. 
   Type
   mdsched and click on OK.
   
3. 
   Click on
   Restart now and check for problems.
   

Also, if you are using two RAM sticks, I would suggest you to using one RAM stick and see if that helps.

Startup Blue Screen

Hi Jon,

Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

• Outdated device software drivers
• Corrupted Windows update system files
• Software/Security conflicts

We would like to know some information:

• Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
• Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
