Windows 10: Frequent "webpage is unresponsive" pop up.

I have recently bought a Surface Studio Laptop and I'm having a lot of issues with loading webpages. Some will be fine, but a large number it really struggles and then comes up with a "webpage is unresponsive" warning with the option to "wait" or "exit". Often if I then click "wait" it then tells me "snap" something is broken". These webpages work absolutely fine on other devices. It is happening with about 30% of all websites I try. It will also sometimes load 30% of the content of a webpage and then just stop minus a lot of the images. It's getting very frustrating. Any suggestions what is

I would suggest you to try opening the browsers in private mode by following the steps below and check again.

1. Open the browser.

2. Press Ctrl + Shift + P to open the webpage in private mode.

Note : Applies to both Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge

If the issue persists, try creating a new user account and check if the issue remains the same. This will help us identify if this is a user account related issue. Follow the steps given in the help article below:

Microsoft Edge Webpage Content Flickering Issues with Facebook and Other Websites Which Contain Videos In Their Webpage.

Let's try to isolate the cause of this issue, we suggest that you use a new
InPrivate window and try to go to a webpage with a video again. Follow the steps below:

• Open Edge.
• Click on the three dots icon on the upper right part of the screen.
• Click New InPrivate window.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you disable hardware acceleration and use software rendering instead of hardware rendering to view the webpage.
Here are the steps on how to use software rendering:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Internet Options, and click on
  Internet Options from the results.
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Under Accelerated graphics, check Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.

A webpage which cannot be deleted.

All apps » Internet Explorer » options:

• settings » advanced settings » Get suggestions from Bing as I type: off
• settings » Data Sense savings: off (otherwise, you surf via a proxy server at Microsoft premises)
• settings » delete history
• taps: please, close everything

Now, if you get that webpage, your network operator is forced to block it. Anyway, you should not see any previous favorites or addresses anymore after the steps above. Or?
