Windows 10: Frequent Windows 10 BSODs caused by ntkrnlmp.exe

I have had monthly BSODs caused by ntkrnlmp.exe for as long as I can remember. All of a sudden I've now had 3 BSODs over the last 3 days. The BSODs do not occur when I am running an intensive program like a video game, they only occur if I am using something like a web browser or am just on my desktop. I've already run SFC, Disc Scan, turned off XMP, my GPU/CPU are not overclocked, my Nvidia drivers are up to date, and I've scanned for viruses.
