    Frequent Windows 11 BSOD

Hi there,I built a new computer about a year ago. Since then, I have experienced multiple BSODs. The error always seems to be related to either a "Kernel Security Check Failure" or "Bugcheck Failure". This seemingly happens very randomly while using the PC. However, lately it seems to be happening more frequently which is the reason for my post. When the BSOD occurs, the computer freezes and repeats the last frame of the audio until BSOD. Is there a way to debug the root cause of this? I can also share my dump file if needed.PC Specs:Intel Core i5-12400F ProcessorMSI B760 Motherboard Corsair 32

  2. Frequent BSOD: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (0xEF) Error on Windows 10 and Windows 11

    Hello Microsoft Community,

I've been encountering persistent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) crashes for the past two months. These issues started on Windows 10 and have continued even after upgrading to Windows 11. I’ve tried multiple solutions, but the problem persists. Here's a summary of what I've done so far:

    1. Upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11
    2. Performed a full system reset
    3. Replaced the RAM
    4. Ran sfc /scannow and DISM commands to repair system files
    5. update BIOS
    System Information:

    • Operating System: Windows 11 (upgraded from Windows 10)
    • Hardware: AMD Ryzen 5 2600,Radeon RX 570, B450 DS3H . Crash Consistency: Frequent BSODs with the error code CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (0xEF)
    • Critical Process: csrss.exe
Despite these efforts, I continue to experience BSOD crashes. I've analyzed some of the memory dump files, which consistently point to the critical process csrss.exe and the error code CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (0xEF).

Here are link to a few of the minidump files for further analysis:

Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

  4. Frequent Windows 11 BSOD

Windows 11 having multiple BSOD a day

I've noticed such a problem since 2 months ago. I've tried to replace my memory sticks. This is then followed by updating firmware and software. I tried to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 as well. My final step was to reinstall Windows 11. All the steps have been performed but the issue is still happening, in fact much more frequent than before. Below are the errors that I see while BSOD:

    • WHEA Uncorrectable Error
    • DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
I've even run "sfc /scannow" and memory diagnostics, all return normal. I've no idea on what to do now. Hereby providing a .dmp file for your reference under my OneDrive. Link
