Windows 10: Fresh instalation, windows explorer crashes on Desktop and Folders

I have done Fresh instalation and windows explorer crashes on Desktop and Folders when i try to move, create files or folders.

and i get this in the Event Viewer

I can't do anything on my laptop

So, i was attempting to open a .zip file with tons of files, turns out they aren't in a folder so they flooded my desktop full of these files, i tried going on Windows Explorer to go to Desktop and delete them but Windows Explorer crashed, and now my desktop
is nothing but my screensaver, the time, and some other things on the taskbar, and if i attempt to press anything windows explorer crashes and im stuck with nothing on my laptop, is there anyway to fix this?

 

BSod did Verifier driver got into a loop got my dmp files!

Hi Sumit,

I have done a fresh install so no VB, currently was that the only cause for the crash I have had to use VB for work for the pass couple weeks and it only just started doing this BSOD was doing a system_thread_exception which caused me to do a fresh install
then as well.

So maybe stay away from vb and use something else.

Just did a fresh install like I said and explorer has just frozen and crashed rebooted itself tho not explorer the internet explorer the file system.

Same problem on my end. Exactly the same error codes.

I've been trawling various forums for a while now and haven't found a solution. However, signing into a new account on the same PC does get rid of the issue, this is a massive pain however, and I bet the crashing would return given enough time.

So yeah. My theory is it has something to do with user settings. Maybe its a specific program, but if your windows is completely clean then probably not. Here's a list of what I have installed anyway just for reference.
