Windows 10: Fresh install freezing no matter what step I'm at

This may take a bit to explain, and may be confusing. So recently, I've been trying to factory reset my PC through various methods, and all of them lead to my laptop just sitting frozen after less than 2 minutes of being on it. I can boot to my BIOS with no issue, but whenever I try to boot to a device, whether that be a flash drive with the Windows installation media on it, or Windows boot manager, after a very short period of time, they freeze, requiring me to hold down the power button to turn the laptop back on. This is really frustrating because everything I've tried has had zero effect,

had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
