    Fresh Install from USB media failing


    My computer failed to boot into Windows following a regular shut down, and I decided to do a clean install of Windows.I made a new installation media on a USB drive, formatted both my hard drive and the SSD I use as my boot drive, and attempted to install windows. However, no matter what I do, both drives seem to be stuck in a read only mode. Any time I attempt to make a new partition with the installer, it makes multiple 100mb "system" partitions, and when I click "next" while selecting the unallocated space and dont change the size, I either get error code "0x80300024", or a message saying "
