Windows 10: Fresh install windows 10 single language

I want to fresh install Windows 10 single language. Looking at various forums it recommends downloading Windows 10 1703 SingleLang_English_64.iso. Is this still true?

Yes it is possible to change the language on Windows 10 Single Language

Installation of Windows 10 Home Single language

Microsoft no longer provides a Single Language version under Windows 10 Home with the Windows 10 1709 release.

What you can do is, use the following resource to download Windows 10 Home version 1703 Single Language.

Make a bootable copy, then reinstall it using a Custom install and reactivate using you key. This will let you then upgrade to Windows 10 Home 1709 Single Language.

Windows Home/Single Language installation

Single Language is no different from regular Windows 10 Home. Single Language doesn't include the capability to download Service Packs.

What I would do is download a fresh copy of the latest Windows 10 Home Single Language - Creators Update (1703), then attempt another clean install.
