Windows 10: fresh installation of windows 10 pro 64 bit in place of windows 10 32 bit

Sir,I am having HP All-in-one desktop PC which is running on Windows 10 32 bit 20-c 102 il with license Key . Recently the windows operating system is disturbing as like inbuilt Wedcam Icon is missing, Search window in Task bar is not functioning , on-line routine update from microsoft stops , sound high / low bar is missing, Start menu at below left side corner is not functioning properly . Now to avoid these disturbances I desire to get installed Windows 10 pro 64 bit in place of 32 bit in my existing Desktop PC which is having Windows Version: 21H2 , OS Build : 19044.1586 , Ram 4

If the system architect is 32 bit, then you can’t install 64 bit version of windows in it. I suggest you to run “winver” by pressing Windows + R, and check the version and bit.

There are some games that you can install it in 32 bit as well.

Windows 10 is the free upgrade for those users who has genuine key for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 , normally it doesn't require activation, it's gets activated automatically, in case if you face an issue with activation the you can get back to
us.

Windows 10 Upgrade 32-bit to 64-bit

So, Windows 10 Upgrade is being rolled out worldwide, and I have 'reserved' my upgrade.

Currently my computer is running Windows 7 Pro 32-bit. I'm planning to 'upgrade' it to Windows 10 64-bit (via fresh install, of course).

After reading many references, these will be the steps I'll do:

1. Let the "Get Windows 10" app upgrade my OS to Windows 10 32-bit
   
2. Note the activation key
   
3. Download the Installation Media for Windows 10, but choosing 64-bit instead
   
4. Perform a clean install
   
5. Reactivate using the activation key in Step #2
   

(Of course I'll backup my data first.)

However, I still have some questions:

1. On Windows 7, the activation key does not differ between 32- or 64-bit versions. Is it still so with Windows 10?
   
2. Will I be able to download a different architecture on Step #3?
   
3. Is there anything I need to prepare beforehand?

now I want to clean install Windows 10 pro 32-bit to Windows 10 pro 64-bit.Can I do it?

But I don't know Windows 10 pro product key
