Windows 10: Fresh PC build, Windows 11 setup can't find any networks

I just finished building a PC had a friend make a boot drive usb for me to install windows from. During the setup section "Let's connect you to a network" it shows up empty. I have a wifi capable motherboard with the wifi antena connected. I've even tried connecting it to my modem over ethernet and it still shows up blank.I'm not sure what else to try or do to fix this issue.

Windows 11 install Custom PC No Networks Found

Hello,

I’m a first time PC builder using the parts list below from the PC part picker website’s “excellent intel” build guide. The only difference being that I have the phantom gaming 4 Z690 motherboard.

I’ve installed windows 11 successfully but when I get to the setup I’m stuck at the “select network” page. I can’t go back and I can’t skip it. I’ve tried unplugging modem, restarting, even plugging in Ethernet and still no networks are found. My next step is to look into drivers? But has anyone else encountered this issue with this motherboard or install? Did I not plug something in right or miss something? Any advice helps

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
