Windows 10: fresh win10 freeze after couple second booting

i installed fresh windows on my pc and after booting up it just freeze mouse dont move... i have second os ubuntu and it work just fine so i know its not hardware issue because Linux work just fine no problems at alli tried download win11 to but its say my pc dont support win11. what is biggest lie what i heard today.prime z370-p 2i7-9700 3.0GHzx8ddr4 48gb

Windows keeps Freezing + Black screen every couple of seconds

thanks again for the tipp.

The freezing gets unbearable when running ProcMon. If I'm fast enough with the 5 seconds of normal usability, I can get it running with a filter. When it freezes with ProcMon running, it either crashes or freezes for 5-10 minutes. Only to run again for 5 seconds.

I tried that for an hour and I think, a Nvidia programm is always on the list (of the 5 minutes) after a crash.

When doing a clean boot, i.e. disable all services in msconfig, the issue remains, no matter which combination of services are enabled or disabled.

As I've already tried to use the latest Nvidia driver, do you have any idea, what I could do please?

I'm currently in the event viewer and it seems that there is an error related to an unknown describtion which occurs after all freezes with a short black screen. However, the entry reads something regarding a Video device.

Computer freezes for a couple of seconds

My computer freezes for a couple of seconds and then keeps working. Disk C shows spikes but I've scanned for problems and the disk is perfectly fine. I've already did a factory reset to my windows and still has the same problem.

 

Fresh Win10 install, intermittent freezing

Brand new Alienware Aurora R9, wiped with fresh install fully patched Win 10 Home. I installed only Chrome, nVidia GeForce Experience and up-to-date drivers, and one game, and started experiencing occasional freezes. I thought the machine had locked up and
that perhaps I had corrupted something during a RegEdit session to change a stupid MS install option, so I re-wiped everything and re-installed.

This time around, I installed again the nVidia stuff, Chrome, but nothing else, no games, no apps. I didn't touch the registry and was very careful to fully patch and keep everything pristine and clean. Still, the freezes occurred. I waited for about 20-30
seconds to see if it was truly a lockup and the machine was eventually released back to me. It's almost as though I had encountered a severe lag spike which froze all the action and then managed to recover after 30-40 seconds. It happens only once or twice
a night, and lasts for about 30-40 seconds or so, but is consistent since I did the install. No matter what app I'm in now, a game, the web, the freezes come.

It's a brand new rig, all diagnostics report clean health, no issues. What could be causing this? Thanks for any insights or suggestions.
