Windows 10: Fresh Windows 11 install fails due to requirements problem; need to identify issue

I built a new system. Here are the basics:ASUS B550M-Plus motherboardAMD Ryxen 5700X processor16 GB memory2 X 1 TB SSD drivesMSI Geforce 210 1024 MB DDR3 PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics CardI am trying to install Windows 11 from the full retail version thumb drive.After answering the keyboard & language questions, the installer displays a dialog saying the system doesn't meet requirements.I really wish I knew the exact problem the installer is having. Is there a log file or other resource that identifies the issue?Any help appreciated.

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

Windows 7 wont install drivers

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

yes, that is the problem, to solve it do what sasqui suggested...
but it should not matter, if you remove all partitions from the drive that it is "raw"... you can do this in the windows install where you select the partition where you want windows to go, it s slightly hidden, it is "under" one of the options in the selection screen.

remember to change the bios to ahci, because on a raw drive windows does not care... it adjusts to the drive type...

TL;DR... when installing windows clean, get the drive to a raw state... (zeroing out the first sector(MBR) on the hdd always works, but requires a disk editor)
