Windows 10: fresh windows 7 usb driver issue.

I did a fresh wipe and installed windows 7. When I boot my computer tries to install drivers but doesn't recognize any and fails. I've gone into device manager and tried to force them to install but it still doesn't recognize any driver. I have the ethernet cable plugged in but once again the drivers don't recognize it so I can't get online to download drivers. so my next option was to try and download the drivers onto a flash drive. when I'm in bios it recognizes the thumb drive but even when it's plugged into the usb2.0 windows doesn't recognize it. any ideas or things to try would be apprec

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

Yes *Frown Bdw i want to move to Windows 7 so again i've to do all aboe steps that you told or after a fresh install just run the latest driver that i downloaded
