Windows 10: Frezzes foces to Restart

Seem to freeze and then I have to restart the computer. When I am streaming plex from another computer (it's my plex server) it happens, when I am watching you tube, it just seem to happen at random times. So for instant when I am on youtube it will make Firefox not responding. I can still move the mouse but I can't access the windows menu or right click the sub menu. I can't even hit ctrl alt delete for the task manager. The own thing I can do is hit power to restart the computer.

Windows dont Install

I Recovery my PC And When Windows is Installing the PC Frezze and I try to turn off and Now the computer when is in 80% The Computer restart and go 67%
