Windows 10: friends computer showing me as the owner on Windows...

So a few months ago I stopped at a friends house to use her printer. After some difficulty I signed into my gmail account to access what I needed to print. I know she was on Edge and I may or may not have switched over to Google. Printed my stuff out, was on my way. Would assume I signed out of my g-mail but not totally certain. I did notice when I was on my computer, using Edge, I would see her name and maybe e-mail headings or something on the top bar of my computer. I just ignored them. I can't remember how I got them to go away, but I did.Now she is telling me that on Windows, I am s

Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:





Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

Suggestions on how to fix this?

Any reason for listing the 3820? Socket 2011 is total overkill for what your looking for. Socket AM3+ would be more appropriate.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did try them to no avail. I should expand on the issue. This friends list in Microsoft solitaire collections apps not showing up is happening on two lap tops and a desktop machine. The link was interesting. I tried resetting
the app on one of the laptops and also reinstalled it. Same results. Strange.
