Windows 10: From BSOD to Windows Crash

Thats how it looks, the Ram is in slots 2 and 4 if you are counting 1-2-3-4 .

 

Something is wrong I can't go into my BIOS anymore by holding down F2, It's like it doesn't recognize the keyboard until the operating system comes up first and of course then its too late to go into the BIOS.

 

It may be that there is a setting in the ASRock software preventing you from accessing the BIOS, like with Gigabyte when you enable the fast boot in the BIOS or the software and set it to the highest setting.

Seat the memory into the blue slots, 1 & 3

 

I bet when I uninstalled the App store program "Restart to UEFI" it did something. I originally installed everything in the list then realized a lot of them were just fluff like that so I uninstalled it:
ASRock Restart to UEFI v1.0.1 | Slimware Utilities

 

The memory is seated into the blue slots, 1 & 3 and it is recognized.

 

The programs from Slimware are scam, you can consider any company that offers a driver update program a non-worthy company.

 

Ok I am configured for Kernel dump files instead of small dump files and verified that driver verifier is enabled

 

I hope verifier found something for you.

 

Provide a kernel dump a.s.ap. before a new crash occurs. You'll need to upload the dump to a 3rd party uploader and post a share link in your next reply.

 

I was able to go into my BIOS it looks like I am running 2.20 and you can see the RAM is in the new slots.

 

It just won't submit a portrait picture

 

I wish I had photoshop on the computer

This file, memory.dmp, is in %systemroot% (C:\Windows), it is too large for direct upload so you need to upload it to a 3rd party uploader.

 

I have the file copied to my desktop in a folder for now. Trying to find some service that doesn't require a credit card
