  1. From time to Time the Windows Security gets Frozen

Hi There,I have a problem with the Windows Security. Everything works fine but from around last week something got wrong. The icon in task bar shows that everything is fine but after some time if you click on it nothing happens, I wouldn't open. I have tried everything to solve the problem but I have notice it is random problem. Every time it happens I need to restart the computer is that I Windows Security is 100% working. I did a full scan with Microsoft Safety Scanner and nothing was deducted. Any one have an idea what is causing this problem.Thank youRaymond

    :)

  2. Windows 10: Windows gets frozen multiple times,

Windows 10: Windows gets frozen multiple times, I couldn’t figure out why Windows 10 gets frozen multiple time. I, of course, use “ctrl + alt + delete” but getting frozen occurs so many times in a very short time of working. Is this a virus? Settings? I even formatted the machine but it gets back to get frozen! What could be the issue here? The search in the internet shows nothing specific for this issue

  4. From time to Time the Windows Security gets Frozen

Windows time keeps resetting to a wrong time

    Hi,

For us to isolate your concern with your Windows Time, we would like to know the follow:

    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, may we know what are those troubleshooting steps you have taken to resolve the issue?
    • Have you tried checking the CMOS battery? It provides power to the Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) chip. This chip stores information about the system configuration, including the date and time. If no, we suggest that you replace the battery.

We look forward to your response.
