Windows 10: Frozen keypad

Good afternoon folks. I have Sony Laptop that has the following properties :

Manufactuier: SONY

Model: PCG-61211M

Processor: Intel Core i3 M330

Clock Speed : 2.3GHz

Ram: 4GB

HDD: 160GB

Screen: 14"

OS: Upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.

Some of its keys frozes all the time especially these letters U, I, M, V

On checking the Device Manager l found a caution sign on "BASE SYSTEM DEVICE and "UNKNOWN DEVICE" I tried to update both but to no avail

I shall be grateful if solution is offered as soon as possible..

Wireless mouse and keypad not working

I downloaded Windows10 and now my wireless keypad and mouse are frozen and I cannot access my PC. Both the mouse and keypad worked fine before the download. How can I fix this problem.

Should I uninstall the upgrade and if so how do I do that with my mouse and keypad frozen
