Windows 10: Frozen task bar after first boot

Hi. I'm having this problem and I hope you guys can help me with this. I choose Window Spotlight as my lock screen. Every time when I first boot the PC, the Window does show a Spotlight picture but only it, without white texts like in the picture. I log in and the taskbar is frozen with almost no Icon in it. It's impossible to access the taskbar. This problem goes away when I restart my computer. It happened every time when I first boot my computer. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks in advance.

Since the windows 10 latest upgrade in 2017 my task bar is frozen. I have tried all of the suggestions from the 2015 posts. None of them worked.

Just one problem, the first instruction to perform the clean boot is, "From Start, search for
msconfig."

I can't see how to get "Start" up because the task bar is frozen.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."
