Windows 10: Frozen while factory restting

So It started resetting as normal but then at 65% it just stopped and is suck on the Resetting this pc screen, the buffering circle isn't even moving. So I left it for about 4 hours and it is still frozen. Is there a way to fix it

Factory Rest

I just updated the software on my N95 8GB but now i need to do a factory rest, Will doing the factory rest effect the new software i just updated?

Factory rest problem

I was doing a factory rest on my computer with windows10 .. at

64 % the computer restart itself over and over again .... just restarting ..... could you please help me
