Windows 10: Frozen windows after closing them.

I closed two windows and I can still see them as if they were open but cannot interact with them in any way, they don't even show up as running in task manager. My monitor is working fine because I can still open other applications and use them like normal it's just those windows that are stuck on my screen.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
