Windows 10: Frustrating BSOD KMODE Exception Not Handled happening more often since few days ago

There hasn't been any major driver update to my knowledge since this BSOD KMODE Exception Not Handled started happening. I've tried to uninstall Gigabyte RGB drivers as I've had a few friends tell me this is the problem, however it didn't seem to help.These are the things I've tried so far:Windows Memory Diagnostic tool came back with no issuesWindows Update is up to dateMotherboard Bios is up to dateOther issues that might be related to this:When I shutdown from the taskbar, occasionally my PC will just restart instead of shutting downHere are the 3 items to help with troubleshooting:3 Latest

We suggest that you try the workaround suggested on DonchakVS's reply on August 5, 2015 and check if it resolves the issue:

I'm having trouble with some BSOD in the last few days. They happen at random times with different messages and last was KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED message with Ndu.sys as the cause. No idea how to fix, I already tried updating drivers, firmware, deleting some software I installed recently but it still happens. Last time was a few minutes ago. Here are the dumpfiles:

I'm having trouble with some BSOD in the last few weeks. They happen at random times, usually with KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED message, and in a few of them Ndu.sys seems to be the cause. No idea how to fix, I already tried updating drivers, firmware, deleting
some software I installed recently but it still happens. Last time was a few minutes ago. I have the minidump file if needed.
