Here is the ticket number 2403150040011658I got very unprofessional service with this ticket. It was a critical ticket and the support engineer reached out to us after a week. I have provided all the required logs. Reached out to their manager. The ticket has been opened 53 days back. Emailed again today but it seems the support engineer is not available. I have let the manger know and the issue is still not being addressed and put back to the same engineer. We have pro direct support, and it was a critical ticket. The SLA should be no more than an hour. We also reached out to our Pro Direct

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
