    Hello, I had to re-format my PC and reinstalled the FSX SP2 program but when trying to load a flight the load reaches 40% and the program closes.     FSX crashes unexpectedly

    I checked all those files, they just provide generic information on the crashes, there is no specific cause listed, I think the only option will be to re-install FSX.

    FSX reinstall after WIN10 crash

    After my PC crash and reinstall of WIN10 I now attempted to reinstall FSX. WIN10 version 20H2 Home EditionFSX Gold EditionDownloaded and installed DirectX from a link mentioned in the forum. Message that a more recent Direct X was present so it did not install.Inserted Disk 1 and everything looked good.Inserted Disk 2 and install proceeded. After about 99.5% at Registering Fonts installation got the message, Error 1722 There is a problem with the Windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Install Wizard now rolling back the action and now another Error 1603 Fatal error during installation . Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information.Any help please.

    FSX Crashes after around 10 mins

    Hi All,

    I have recently built a pc with Windows 10 and now after around 10 mins FSX crashes I have been reviewing the event log but to be honest don't completely understand them. there was a missing dll which I have added but the issue remains I have looked and
    worked through most of the suggested fixes I have found but still have the issue. I love FSX and had no issues on Win 8 I just need a little help to resolve the issue please. I just checked the event viewer for the latest crash and it lists atc.dll as the
    faulting module, I am not sure what to do next?
