Windows 10: fter i dradary mo i open following this that i open on my primary monitor open also in the...

after i drag one of my research programs to my secondary monitor, the pages i open following this on my primary monitor open in the secondary monitor as well forcing me to drag back each time. never was doing this before. seems it began with the latest update. really doubles the work.

Edge browser continiously opens on primary monitor and I need it to open (to it's full size) on second monitor!

How oh how do you make this Edge browser open on my second monitor and then remember to open there? This is driving me crazy! It continuously opens on the primary monitor, and then I have to move it to the second monitor and expand the window EVERY
TIME! Come on Microsoft! Windows 7 did this with no issues...why have you taken such a step backward? This is so frustrating!

 

ATI Winflash Not opening

I cannot get ATI Winflash to open for me at all. I've got the newest version and trying in Windows 10 nothing opens (no errors, no nothing...just nothing opens). Following the steps in the thread at the top of this forum and making the USB bootdrive and trying in DOS it says adapter not found so i still cannot do anything. Anyone have any ideas? I would really like to flash my card (XFX RX 570).

 

Force app to open on primary monitor

Hello, every time I open Blender 3D it opens on my secondary monitor, which is a hassle I do not want, how can I make it so that it opens on my primary monitor? the method of dragging the application to the monitor and closing it does not work.
