Windows 10: FTP Server Not Viewable On Other Computers On The Same Network

I started an FTP server on my main desktop computer so that I could transfer files from one computer to another more easily. The only problem is I can't view the FTP server on any computer other than my main desktop computer. Since Windows always runs an HTTP server, I tried going to that server, and I could see it on all computers, but still couldn't see the FTP server on anything other than my own. Why can't I? I went into Windows Firewall and set it so that FTP was allowed, and even went into the advanced firewall and set it so that port 21 was allowed in and out.

• Set up an FTP server on your file server.
• Map the FTP server as a network location on your laptop under "Computer".

This will allow programs to open and save files directly to the FTP server just like it was a drive in your computer.

But what if he tries to access this mapped drive when he is not on the same subnet of his server ?

Does anybody have a suggestion for a good & simple FTP/SCP/SFTP server program. I now use a program called Home FTP Server (supporting onle FTP) but wasn´t able to change the server port from 21 to another number and thats why I wanna try something else.
