Windows 10: FTPM problem after updating firmware in my lenovo v15 g2 alc ua

FTPM notice is showing up every time I restart my laptop, It 1st appeared after firmware update by windows on my lenovo laptop I have pressed No at first and that booted my pc normally but I can't get rid of that message,also pressing y shows "psp nvme" something then it shows me the same message until i press n and boot it normally

BSOD on Lenovo V15 G2 ALC (Blue Screens)

Hey everybody!

I literally don’t know what to do anymore. I have a Lenovo V15 G2 ALC which constantly gets blue screens (BSOD). The blue screens appear every 2-30 minutes, depending on what I do on the notebook. Sometimes application would randomly close or would crash (Firefox for example). There are also situations where everything starts to lag or freeze entirely (sometimes with a black screen which than goes back to normal).

I already tried:

• Reinstalling windows (I also tried Ubuntu, which also crashed after some time)
  
• Using different SSD
  
• Used Lenovo’s diagnostics tool (which indicated no problems)
  
• Flashed the BIOS to the most recent version
  
• Cleaned the Laptop and applied new termalpaste
  
• I stress tested the CPU and GPU which all went well
  
• I used DDU to uninstall the AMD Graphics drivers and reinstalled the current one
  
• I swapped one of the RAMs with a different one (one of the RAMs is soldered to the board)

Headset Not Recognized on Lenovo V15-IGL (Windows 11)

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble with my Rampage Prestige Virtual 7.1 Surround Gaming Headset (model SN-RW77). When I plug it into my Lenovo V15-IGL running Windows 11, the RGB lights don't turn on, and the headset isn't recognized by my PC. Here's what I've tried:

1. Tried All USB Ports
   
2. Restarted PC
   
3. Driver Installation
   
4. Compatibility Mode
   
5. Device Manager Checks
   
6. Power Management Settings
   

Specifications:

• Lenovo V15-IGL
  
• Windows 11
  
• USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports tested
  

Symptoms:

• RGB lights on the headset do not turn on.
  
• Headset not recognized in Device Manager or sound settings.
  
• Sound continues to come out of the laptop's speakers.
  

Any advice or potential solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

!!!UPDATE!!! I tried the headset on another pc and i faced the same problem..

UPDATE: It was a software issue, i did reset the pc using Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version). After installation i plugged in the headset and nothing happened but after 2 minutes i guess the headset finally worked yay!!!!!

 

BSOD on Lenovo V15 G2 ALC (Blue Screens)

This doesnt work either, i only get the message "a problem was encountered" (I use a german windows 10, i am not sure if the message is the same one in english)

I think i am going to reinstall windows, i dont have any personal files on the drive so this is not a big deal for me. The blue screens start happening shortly after the reinstallation.

See, windows is generally is acting strange... One time i reinstalled windows and the windoes defender would turn on and off constantly. Sometimes the wifi goes crazy... Its pretty wild.

I now personally think that there is a major problem on the mobo, since a different OS also crashed (Ubuntu) (Maybe its the soldered RAM?)

I will probably try the "Driver Verifier" methode once again after reinstalling (I will try it again tomorrow or next week as I'm slowly losing my mind on this laptop)

Once I get the new minidump files I will upload them asap.
