    Fujitsu Esprimo tP558 i3-810 doesn't recognize any device USB, DVD, HDD


    My Esprimo tP558 i3-810 doesn't recognize any device USB, DVD, HDD, although they are there in the bios list but do not appear at boot The PC does not have CMS or legacy only UEFI. What am I supposed to do? I have tryed to desable quick boot and boot securaty but, still, does not work. Thank you.

    Some USB Devices not recognized in Windows 10

    Hi have Windows 10 Pro insider preview 10532 64bit Pro Intel i7 desktop PC.

    I have multiple USB devices connected, USB 3 & 2. The USB HDD is working however my Samsung phone and kindle are no longer being recognized. The steps followed so far:

    • Uninstalled all USB devices in device manager including controllers
    • Flashed BIOS to latest version
    • Updated USB drivers for the devices from manufacturers sites
    • Tried new USB cables

    Please note: both devices are recognized by my Windows 10 Lenovo laptop.

    I really don't want to fresh install, please suggest any diagnostics I can try.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    • Click on Devices.
