Windows 10: Fujitsu Pro9 Display docking - settings not remembered by Windows 10

We have 200 Windows 10 HP Elitebook 850 G8 connected by usb-c with 200 Fujitsu Pro9 Display dockingstations. Each dockingstation has 2 monitors connected. All available patches & firmware are applied. A new user must configure Windows 10 for using the monitors in our situation: extend the display, not duplicate. Problem is that if the user changes to another dockingstation flex working, this configuration has to be done again. Once the configuration has been done for an individual dockingstation it will be remembered only for that dockingstation. How can we change this to a situation

Maintaining different display configurations for different docks

I have a Surface Book 2 which I use at home and at work. In both locations, I connect to a Surface Dock. At home I have a monitor connected to the dock and positioned to the left side of my PC. At work I have a monitor connected to the dock and positioned
on the right side of my PC.

For years, my PC (even when it wasn't a Surface Book and even in prior versions of Windows for that matter) would remember the configuration for each docking station, yet within the last month or so that is no longer the case. Now whenever I move the PC
from one dock to the other, it does not remember the configuration for that dock, and I must manually use the Display Settings to rearrange the displays to the proper configuration.

How can I set up Windows 10 to again remember the display configuration for each Surface Dock?

This issue generally occurs due to outdated or corrupted display drivers. Let's try the steps below and check if it helps:

Step 1: Uninstall and reinstall Graphic drivers.

• Press Windows key + R key.
• Type devmgmt.msc and press
  Enter.
• In device manager go to display adapter.
• Right click and uninstall.

After you uninstall the drives, I suggest you to reinstall the latest drivers from the manufacturing website and check.

Display Dock - Setting display

I have received my free Display Dock (thank you Microsoft). To try it out I connected it to my TV, the opening screen had the option to adjust the screen size (enlarge or reduce the image until the markers in each corner were displayed) but I inadvertently
hit continue so the screen hasn't been adjusted correctly (it needs reducing as there is a lot of the screen missing).

Assuming the device will remember this setting for that display, I'm assuming it will not ask me to adjust again. That being the case how do I make this adjustment?
