Windows 10: Full Lag and not stable after i updated from Windows 11 23h2 to 24h2

i was on windows 11 version 23h2 and i checkekalot of time to install windows 11 24h2 but i didnt receved windows telling me you are on latest version and up to date and i was want to try 24h2 so i searched on google how to receve windows 11 24h2 .. and i found some steps to receve it to open edit group policy and edit in some files inside it to receve windows 11 24h2 after i did some this steps inside local group polcy and checked again windows update i found new update 24h2 and after i updated done i feel alot of lag

Since the release of Windows 11 version 24H2 (26100.368) on June 15, 2024, and Copilot+ PC on June 18, 2024, I'm wondering if there's built-in sudo functionality available on Windows 11 Stable.

Previously, sudo access was achievable through third-party applications. With the new update, is there a native way to elevate privileges for administrative tasks without resorting to third-party software?
