    so recently, whenever ive tried full scaningwhich i do regularly suddenly started scanning only 20-35 filesas a full scan and i checked the blocked list and all of them where in system32. But i dont know whether thats the problem or not.

    WHEN I STARTED SCAN IT SAYS SCANING BUT THE FILES SCANNED COUNT IS NOT SHOWING. I DO NOT KNOW IF IT REALLY SCANNING OR HANGED AT THAT POINT

    Hello,

    By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

    • Press Windows and type pictures
    • Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

    Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this
