  1. Full scan problem? infected camera file?

At the end of a full scan I get the message that no viruses etc were found; Yet while the scan is running it notes 1 file infected. There is no indication what that file is at any time. Why is the scan showing one thing but reporting something else at the end? My camera either stops working after about 20 seconds or it does not come on, and I worked through the troubleshooting to no avail. ????

    :)

    steps taken for infected Pc's.

I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

    thx

Full scan problem? infected camera file?

MSRT detects infected files during scan but shows Zero infected files after scan

Hello, I am running Windows 10 and when I run MSRT it detects 60 infected files but after the scan, reports 0. The log in the Windows folder also detests not infections found. Is this a bug in MSRT or something? Why would I ever trust MSRT if it can't
even tell me if I have an infected file or not?
