Windows 10: Full System Shutdown and Restart: Event ID 41. I don't understand what is going on

When I am gaming, my PC will sometimes crash. It began by freezing, then I'd have to long press the power button to turn it off, then I'd press it again to turn it back on again. A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

• Event ID 41: This is known as the "Kernel-Power" event. It's logged when your system reboots without cleanly shutting down first. This can be caused by power loss, hardware failures, driver issues, or other problems that prevent Windows from shutting down properly.
  
• Event ID 142: This is usually related to the "Kernel-Boot" event and often indicates issues related to hardware or firmware that occur during the boot process.
