    Fullscreen games do not respond after ALT + TAB


    After reinstalling Windows 10, I started seeing this problem. All my games have the problem of being labeled as "Not responding" and not allowing to maximize them after being minimized, after trying for about 30 seconds clicking on their icon in the task bar and using alt + tab I manage to open them again and continue playing , but the task bar starts flashing over the game. I have tried running the games in compatibility mode but it resulted in the same problem. I checked that all my drivers were up to date, updated Windows 10 to the latest version, and ran a /sfc scannow command prompt. I ha
