Windows 10: Fullscreen on games glitch/lag

When i am trying to enable fullscreen on game called "Minecraft" it starts to glitch and i have to turn the fullscreen off. I tried everything but nothing works can someone help me? My specs:Cpu: Amd Razen 5 2500U with radeon vega mobile gfxGpu: Amd RadeonTM Vega 8 graphicsi have deskop laptop HP

Screen Glitching out While Playing Fullscreen Games



My laptop screen glitches out everytime i launch a fullscreen game, the weird thing is this doesn't happen on windowed mode or if something overlaps the fullscreen. Only a few games i had ever had a problem like this.

 

Video games lagging on fullscreen

My video games were running really smooth before. Now, the same games are running smoothly on windowed mode but as i enter into fullscreen, it starts to lag heavily (Probably due to latest windows update, i don't know). Windows and graphics driver are updated already. Please help me with this issue

 

Windows Full screen lag weird glitch

Alright so umm, ever since i installed my ssd on my pc and reinstalled windows, it mostly worked for the greatest but for one of the game that i spend most of my time on, Roblox, things started to **** up. Those are some old fixed problems but my game's
sound was all messed up, sounds from behind were extremely loud and at the front not, my game was delayed, BUT, thats the past. Now, i got this weird glitch that only happens on the chrome version, not the windows store. When ever i go on fullscreen, when
i press f11, the game delays and lags but tf out. Its unplayable and has like 20 fps... Something ever weirder is that, it does the same for youtube!.... On fullscreen it does the same bug so i need to be on theater. SOMETHING EVEN MORE WEIRDER is that sometimes...
it works!.. the bug doesn't do itself???

Please someone help me fix that stupid fullscreen glitch
