Windows 10: Fullscreen Screen Bug

I'm not sure if it only applies to games, but everytime I open a fullscreen game for the first time after booting up my laptop, my screen glitches out after a little while few minutes? and the game freezes. I have to close the game because it is unresponsive. I don't really know how to describe the bug, but my entire screen goes black, flashes a purple-colored grid, goes black again, then the screen comes back. Not sure if it's a problem with Windows 11 but I can't find anyone else having the same problem.

I tried both of those things and I still get the screen glitch. I also found out that it also happens even if I don't open a game in fullscreen.
