Windows 10: Fully paid app is missing from subscription and library

Hi I ordered the Sketchbook Pro app from appstore back in march 2023.Installed it on on computer and did not think more of it.Now I have a new computer with Win 11 and want to install it there. But when I log in to Microsoft Store both on Web and App I can only find my paid order in the history and not in subscribtions or library.I checked another comuter with win 10 and the issue was the same.I asked Sketch Book support and they said it should be in library at least. So they helped me try reset Microsoft Store. But still the same.If I search for the app in the store I get prompted to pay if

I paid for the one year subscription for Jigsaw in November of 2015, and now it's telling me my subscription has expired.

I paid for the one year subscription for Jigsaw in November of 2015, and now it's telling me my subscription has expired. This is only the next month, December 15. What gives? Trying to find any support is next to impossible. Any suggestions?

This issue could be caused due to a corrupted system file. I would suggest you try these steps and check:

I would suggest you try the restore library option and check if it helps. Please back up all the files in the library before trying this, just to make sure you don’t lose any files. Refer these steps:

• Open Windows explorer
• In the left panel, locate Library and right click on it
• Click “restore default libraries” option
• Check if the issue persists.

Paid subscription not recognized

I have paid for Premium subscription to my Microsoft Solitaire Collection. It has been charged to my Pay Pal account, but I am still getting notices that it has expired and I am not receiving the benefits. Any idea how to fix it?
