Windows 10: Fun Quiz Questions Pre-Login Windows

I'm looking for information about quiz questions pre-login windowsImagine an employee coming to the company in the morning. He or She turns on the computer, and quiz appears as a popup on the pre-login. Pass quiz - then be able to log in. How can I solve this technically?

Bing mobile stuck on quiz

I am using Bing on my phone but the rewards page is stuck on the coffee break quiz from earlier in the week. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the quiz is the only reward offered and it still gets stuck there. Any suggestions?
