Windows 10: Function keys not working in games

When I play a game like for example, Fortnite, the F1-F12 buttons don't correspond to what's in my game options. when I press F1 it takes me out of the game to "how to get help in windows 10" instead of doing what's in the game and I don't know how to change it.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

 

1215N function keys not working?

Doesn't list it for the 1215N *Frown

Funny part all the keys work out of the box with Linux Mint, go figure.

Tried the one on softpedia, doesn't seem to work.

Any other model that I can take it from?
