Windows 10: Function of 13.107.4.52

Hi all, I have got report from our security operation center related to 13.107.4.52. The reputation say the IP is malicious and need to be blocked. But seem the operation is related to windows update in the scheduler. Can Microsoft confirm this IP is legit?.. so I can whitelist in our environment.

Let us first resolve the Code 52 error before proceeding with reinstalling Windows 10. We suggest that you uninstall the drivers that are indicated with a yellow triangle and then re-install if from device's support site. Here are the steps:

Microphone connection with Dragon 13 and Windows 10

Hi Michael,

One of the possible cause to this issue is compatibility conflict. Some user reports that the latest version of Dragon 13 doesn't require Compatibility mode in order to run correctly. We suggest turning off Compatibility mode by following the steps below:

• Locate Dragon 13 shortcut and right click it.
• Select Properties from the list.
• Click on Compatibility tab and locate Run this program in compatibility mode for and uncheck it.
• Click OK to save the changes and try running the application again.

Cyberlink WebCam Virtual Driver error: Code 52

Code 52: This error may occur when the driver for the device is either unsigned or corrupt.

I would suggest you follow the steps below and see if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X key and click
  Device Manager.
• Expand the Imaging Devices.
• Right-click on the Webcam Driver and click on
  Uninstall.
• Restart the computer. Windows will automatically detect drivers and install them.

However, if this doesn't work go to the Manufacturer's website and download drivers to your system.
