Windows 10: Functionality & reliability

Is there somebody else who feels that except the tactics who using all web companies with cookies for example, Microsoft's functionality and reliability is awful. It can't be accidentally impossible nothing could be 100% fixed. Everything works but little bugs must constantly suffering me. OS have so many ways for diagnose and fixing and no one works for sure. The last 4 years that i using windows just for games, i have dedicate so many hours to fix all of this little problems in win10 that i could buy an expensive car if they was payed. Compared with OSX that i begin using pcs, Win never work

• Then type the name and enter.

Cortana Error in Reliability Monitor

I appreciate you for trying some steps in order to get the issue fixed.

If you don't find any error with Cortana, and the issue is only with reliability monitor projecting an error with Cortana. I would then request you to perform DISM and check if the issue is removed.

• 
  Press Windows key, and type CMD in search. Right click on CMD and click on Run as administrator.

    In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    
• 
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  
• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Windows update can reset your system settings and could've affected the information on your reliability monitor. To help us scan and fix your concern, we suggest that you run an sfc scan. Here are the steps on how to:

  X key.
• Click Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type in sfc /scannow.
• Press the Enter key.

Once done with the scan, try to re-launch your reliability monitor and check if information is now available. If the concern persist, you can restore from a system restore point by clicking this
