Windows 10: Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version 1903 - Downloadfehler – 0x800703e6

Das Update funktioniert nicht. Das CBS.log zeigt immer Zugriffsfehler:

und

Der vorher erfolgreich gestartete Trusted Installer müsste den Zugriff auf diese Moduke erlauben.
Vor dem Fehler im CBS.log:


TiWorker starts successfully.


und


Lock: New lock added: CCbsWorker, level: 5, total lock:3 .


Damit bricht das Update immer wieder ab.

Gibt es eine Abhilfe?


Ich hätte meinen PC gerne auf dem neuesten Stand. Zur Zeit:

Windows 10 Pro

Version 1809

Build 17763.253

WIn 10 Pro 10 English Verson - Keyboard and locals set to Germany

I have had no problems updating my PC with this update.

BUT on my Laptop : Win 10 Pro English Edition - German locals : HW: 16GB i7 4590k CPU

I keep getting this • Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version 1803 - Error 0x80070005 message.

Please advise me on how to proceed.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
